Louis studied culture at Biola University in La Mirada, CA, during which time he also began working for JRW Investments, Inc., a former OSJ branch of OMNI Brokerage, Inc. While working in the back offices of JRW, he became exposed to the ins and outs of the Tenant-in-Common industry.

Working among Registered Reps helped Louis see the need for a TIC industry-specific Corporate Compliance outfit to service all of the LLC's that Lenders require Sponsors to use to protect investors, so he joined the professionals at Sabre Compliance Services. Now that while he has spent the last five years in the TIC/1031 industry generally, he is solely focused on this new, convenient LLC Compliance solution. Louis loves solving problems, but especially enjoys the relational aspects of doing Corporate Compliance in the TIC industry. He has attended every TICA Symposium and Spring Meeting since the first time it was held at the Bellagio several years ago.

Louis Swingrover is also involved in an innovative internet marketing partnership, and another start-up focused on free, convenient recall notification. He enjoys philosophy, theology, chess, camping, triathlon, and traveling.

He currently lives with his beautiful wife Lindsey and their dog Colby in scenic Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
