Happily, no.  This fee increase will not be &quot;retroactive&quot;.  So, all and only the fees that will be _imposed_ after August 1 will reflect this fee increase.  I guess the moral then is, if you are planning on Canceling or Amending an entity in DE, or requesting Certified documents, better do it quick!

		<description>Wondering if you could clear something up for me: if I&#039;m late this year (&#039;09), will my late fee that was $100 go up to $200 in August?  If so, that&#039;s a huge late fee!
