TIC (Tenant-in-Common) Sponsors are required by their Lenders to set up Single-Purpose Entities, usually LLC's, to protect the personal assets of their investors. Each LLC requires Annual Maintenance and a Registered Agent in their states of business. Without these services, LLC's become Delinquent and fail to perform their intended function. Nevertheless, research has shown that 80% of TIC Sponsors have unintentional LLC Delinquencies.

  David Clinton graduated from Biola University with a degree in Business. During his time as an undergraduate, he began working as a REALTOR®. Soon after, David was recruited for the position of Transaction Coordinator by JRW Investments, Inc., a former OSJ office of OMNI Brokerage, Inc. Throughout this period, David saw first-hand how problems develop for investors who know little about the Maintenance requirements for their SPE's. This experience ultimately inspired David to create an industry-specific LLC Maintenance solution: Sabre Compliance Services. David's unique obsession with efficiency resulted in the mechanisms that allow Sabre to introduce additional productivity and convenience to the TIC investing process.

  Louis studied culture at Biola University in La Mirada, CA, during which time he also began working for JRW Investments, Inc., a former OSJ branch of OMNI Brokerage, Inc. While working in the back offices of JRW, he became exposed to the ins and outs of the Tenant-in-Common industry. Having spent the last six years in the TIC/1031 industry generally, he is currently focusing on this new, convenient LLC Compliance solution. Louis loves solving problems, but especially enjoys the relational aspects of doing Corporate Compliance in the TIC industry. He has attended every TICA Symposium and Spring Meeting since the first time it was held at the Bellagio several years ago.

  Ryan Thomas came to Sabre Compliance Services in 2005 with five years of experience between CPA and TIC firms. Having dealt closely with detailed reporting requirements and navigating the complexities of TIC investments, he is especially well-equipped to manage LLC Maintenance for Sponsors on behalf of investors. Mr. Thomas currently oversees the daily financial, accounting, and operations at Sabre's headquarters in Orange, CA. Mr. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Azusa Pacific University.
